Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement to INNO-SCI Booking Terms and Conditions:
By completing and delivering an Application Form (either electronic or a hard copy) the Client is agreeing to the following Booking Terms and Conditions.
A non-refundable deposit of a hundred (100) GH is required forty-eight (48) hours after the service is requested from INNO-SCI in writing by the Client. Failure by the Client to secure a deposit will result in cancellation of service. The balance of payment is required two (2) weeks before the commencement of service; or in case of a reservation being less than two (2) weeks prior to the commencement of service, immediately upon request of service from INNO-SCI
Request for changes to the service must be in writing from the Client. Changes may incur an additional charge, which the Client will be advised of in writing within forty-eight hours (48) of the request. The Client will be responsible for payment
of any additional charges as a result of such requests. Payment for changes must be made to INNO-SCI within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to the Client in writing. Failure by the Client to secure payment for changes requested will result in cancellation of changes. In the event that INNO-SCI makes any changes to the Client’s service arrangements, the Client may accept the changes. Alternatively, the Client may suggest alternative arrangements or cancel the service and full refund of all monies paid. The Client can request a refund up to four (4) weeks after the change was notified and the service cancelled.
In the event that the Client cancels its reservation within two (2) weeks before commencement of service, INNO-SCI shall be entitled to retain twenty-five percent (25%) of the total amount due by the Client in addition to the cost of any third party booking made on behalf of the Client. If the Client cancels its reservation within three (1) week of service, INNO-SCI shall be entitled to retain the full amount due. The Client can request a refund up to four (4) weeks after the cancellation has been notified. If any cancellation by the Client brings the number of paying students below the minimum number required for a given price or set of concessions for accompanying staff, the service price and concessions will be adjusted accordingly and/or supplementary payment may be requested from the client. In the event that INNO-SCI cancels its service, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund of all money received by INNO-SCI. Excluded in this refund are changes owing to force majeure, where no refunds or compensation will be offered. Each party must confirm notification of cancellation in writing to the other party, within forty-eight (48) hours of verbal notice.
